Cobe's Grade 1 Christmas Concert

This layout I did for Cobe's grade 1 Christmas Concert. Everything on here was cut from Christmas Cheer and I had so much fun doing this layout. I used a lot of stickles and glitter paper! I also love the little Christmas lights on the house :)

It amazes me that Cobe is now half way through grade 1....how did that happen?!?

Halloween LO....SOUS

Well I thought I would give the sketch challange another try because I really liked how the last one turned out....so here it is...

I really like how this one turned out - now I just have to get my pictures printed!! The sketch was for a one page layout but I almost always do 2 page layout so I added an extra page :) I used some cricut on this....Happy Halloween & the spiders are from LL and the circles are from George!

My 1st Sketch Challange!!!....SOUS

Well I finally decided to try and do a sketch....I'm pretty new to scrapbooking and still trying to come up with my own style so I'm always scared to try a sketch challange in fear that it will look to close to the actual sketch. I decided to start scraping for Christmas so that I can spend a lot of time on each page and get them just right :) So this page was done with Martha Stewart paper and the Cricut Chritmas Cheer cartridge and LOTS of stickles (my new favorite thing) TFL!!

First Day of Grade 1

Well Cobe's first day of grade 1 finally came and he was SO excited! We all took him to his first day of school and met his teacher, Mrs.Miller. Then he had to stand in line and wait for the bell to ring - well I decided I should take a picture of him...little did I know that once you are in grade 1 you are to cool to have your mom take your picture anymore?!? So all his pictures he is being a little goofy because he didn't want me to take his picture! It's so sad how they grow up so fast!

Last Day of Kindergarten

This is Cobe's last day of kindergarten with his teacher Mrs.Lauzon. He was so pround of himself and yes Mom cried during the graduation ceremony...

Soccer

Cobe LOVES soccer and we love him in soccer. He truely loves the game. When he is playing he has a big smile on his face :) Here are some of his soccer pictures from this year...

Summer 2009!!

Well I had to get a picture and scrapbook the proof!! Yes they can play nice together! However not long after I took the pictures they were fighting over the trains...but they did play nice for a little bit so I'll take it!

My Niece Mackenzee

We welcomed Mackenee into our family on April 1 and I made this layout of her...I don't have many pictures (cough,cough..Mike..Candice..cough,cough) but I had to start somewhere! Isn't she so cute!

My Boys

I have been working on these layouts for a while now. They took me a lot longer then usual. I tried A LOT of new things: Sewing on the page, chalk, journaling and also I changed the colour of the pictures to sepia. I really would like to do a page every year for each of them and just write down the things that are so special about them right now. Hope you like them.

Play-Doh

The first day Cobe had soccer I let Caden & Eli play with Plah-Doh for the first time. They loved it! Everytime I do a new scrapbooking page I try to do a new thing...this time I tried using basic shapes: stars & circles and I love how it turned out!

I started a Blog

So I thought I would start a Blog so everyone could stay updated with what's going on with the family. Also I am going to show off some off my scrapbooking and other crafts I have been working on!

If you have any ideas of things you would like me to post let me know.
